Yes. We work closely with venues to support guests with accessibility needs, including those using mobility aids or requiring a support person.


We accept valid Companion Cards in Australia and honour similar access schemes for support persons in the UK and Europe, where applicable.


If you hold a Companion Card or equivalent and are attending with a carer or companion:

  • Purchase your own ticket as usual

  • Email support@itdevents.com with:

    • A copy of your ticket

    • A photo or scan of your valid Companion Card (or equivalent access card)

We will then issue a companion ticket at no additional cost.


If you have physical access requirements (e.g. wheelchair seating, step-free entry), please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability and best advise how to assist.


If you simply need a companion ticket and do not require any specific physical accommodations, you may go ahead and purchase your ticket and contact us afterward to arrange your companion pass.
