ITDEVENTS handles customer support and ticketing for both ITDEVENTS and WIG & TONIC shows across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Europe. While we do our best to deliver an amazing experience, please be aware of our refund policy before purchasing tickets.
We reserve the right to alter the date, venue, entertainment, or line-up without prior notice. No warranty is made regarding the view of the stage or overall layout.
Please choose your tickets carefully. In line with Australian Consumer Law, Live Performance Australia’s Ticketing Code of Practice, and relevant UK and EU consumer protection laws, refunds are not offered in the following circumstances:
Change of mind or personal circumstances
Failure to attend the event
Changes to the advertised line-up, schedule, or performers
Event dissatisfaction
Late arrival
Being refused entry or removed from the event
Weather conditions (including rain, wind, or extreme heat/cold)
Fear of exposure to illness, including COVID-19
No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of tickets if you or your guest(s) are removed or choose not to attend any part of the event.
Discretionary Credits or Refunds
In certain extenuating circumstances, such as illness or emergency, we may offer a credit voucher or discretionary refund. Supporting documentation, such as a valid medical certificate, may be required. Any refund or credit offered will cover ticket value only and exclude booking or transaction fees.
Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that a show is fully cancelled (not postponed or rescheduled), a full refund of the ticket value will be issued to the original purchaser via the same payment method.
Line-Up or Group Shows
For events featuring multiple performers, your ticket is for the event as a whole, not for any specific individual within the advertised line-up. In line with Australian Consumer Law and standard live event industry practice, if one or more performers are unable to attend, the event may still proceed and your ticket will remain valid. Refunds will not be issued on this basis.
